Melissa Hurtado draws on her extensive customer service background and her own family’s homebuying journey to offer a next-level mortgage experience for her clients.

Growing up in Modesto, CA, Melissa’s parents moved to the United States from Mexico on their path toward achieving their one goal for their growing family: having a home they can call their own. After finally making that goal a reality, they lost it all in the market crash of 2009, moving back to Mexico, where Melissa completed her education. Moving back to the U.S. in search of a better future for herself, she made it her mission to offer her parents a second shot at being homeowners, and in 2018 that dream became a reality.

 

Melissa now aims to offer that same sense of pride and accomplishment to other families, too. With her strong communication skills, diligent attention to detail, and patience to help clients understand and process the sometimes complex nature of their homebuying journeys, she proves to be a trustworthy and creative mortgage guide that buyers can trust will get them across the finish line. She takes pride in finding creative solutions and innovative strategies that address each client’s unique financial needs.

 

Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her loved ones and her beautiful baby boy, crafting, and making party decor.
